In past,it was hardly to communicate with the persons that weren’t at home or a determinable place with a certain call number,but today technology of communication is developed.one of the communication devices is mobile phone.With this small and movable device,each person in each place can be accessible easily and quickly.This technology is extended in the whole of the world,even in villages, but its extension in some places is more than the other places.For example in Chile 10% of persons uses it for contact together.although this device has very advantages,but in Chile this number is not great.I don’t know why! Perhaps in Chile this technology is very costly or perhaps it is a poor country with respect to money or knowledge.For the several examples I could say that In Saint Marino 20% of people,in Malaysia 40% of people,and 55% in Denmark use this invention.but in Canada 70% of people has mobile phone.Clearly Canada is a big country and technology in it is extended.It is clear that in a big country,communication is the first step of success.
The number of persons that use personal computers in each country is the other reason that we know it as a developed country.Statistic reports say that in Chile 10% of people use the computers in their home or work and this number is very few.In Saint Marino 25%,in Malaysia 35% and in Denmark 45% of people use that,but in Canada 90% of people has personal computer.it means in Canada the children are learnt that the computer is one the most important part of the life.

This table compares the number of people who use two tecnological devices ( mobile phones and personal computers) to communicate with each other in six countries.
In chili only 10 percent of people have access to mobile phone and computers.in Saint marino from per thousand people only 200 people use mobile phones.In contrast 50 more people use computers ( 250).In Malaysia 40 percent of people are consumer of mobile phones.Comparing the amount of mobile phones and computers used in Denmark the table shows that 55o people out of thousand people would like to use mobile phones, and 50 people less than this amount use computers to comminicate. Comparing Canada to other 5 countries in this table, it is obvious that canada has the biggest number of people using these two devices as a communicable way . It shows that 90% (900)of people use computers comparing to mobile phones that is 200 less per thousand people.
In a glance you can say that chili is the less consumers and canada is the most consumers of mobile phones and personal computers among these 6 countries.

Actually for a first term student your writing is acceptable, but you will learn a lot about task one in your second term. I want to mention that in task one you do not need to and must not write from your own knowledge. The only thing you are supposed to do is describing the data that is presented to you. So the first part of your writing which is an introduction to the topic is not useful and necessary. Overall as I said good work.

In the above table there is two indexes to show conditions of information and communication technology, shortly ICT, infrastructures in five country. Information and communication technology is characteristic of knowledge based economy. Knowledge based economy is defined as, a economy that most important element in growth economy is knowledge. So , in the countries that have knowledge based economy there is high level of information and communication technology such as in; personal computers per thousand people, mobile phones per thousand people , internet user per thousand people, fixed phone lines.
the table Above indicates ICT gap between of five country that are selected from different parts of word ,Canada in north American, Chile in Africa, Saint Marino in southern Europe, Malaysia in Asia and Denmark in north of Europe. As you look at table, Canada has the most number of phone mobile and personal computer ,while Chile has a minimum. As we know, Canada is a developed country in word and it has high level of human development indexes ,but Chile is a poor country .in Malaysia, conditions is better than Chile. Malaysia is a new developed country. Policy makers in Malaysia followed economic policy based knowledge, and they extended ICT in different parts of their country, Therefore they could be a successful country in Asia. finally, perhaps we can conclude that ICT is a important tool for development of countries and increases welfare of people ,and Developed Countries are extending ICT infrastructures.

The number of mobile phones and personal computers in five different countries was depicted on the table given. It immediately apparent that the using of it on Canada is the highest among others.
The mobile phones application in Chile and San Marino are the lowest, which are 100 thousands and 200 thousands respectively. However, in Malaysia and Denmark the number are as four times and five times as big as Chile does accordingly. Canada has the highest among all of them, recorded 700 thousands people.
The number on using personal computers in daily life quite the same as mobile phones, even though Malaysia and Denmark marked a little compared to mobile phones have, which are 350 and 450 thousands accordingly. However, for Saint Marino and Canada there are some increments on number of people using personal computers compared to mobile phones.
In conclusion, the lowest consumption on mobile phones and personal computers is Chile whilst the highest belong to Canada.

Here is a corrected version of your writing. I believe your writing can score 5 to 5.5 in real exam.

The number of mobile phones and personal computers in five different countries was depicted on the table given. It is immediately apparent that the use of mobile phones in Malaysia and personal computers in Canada is the highest among others.
Mobile phone penetration in Chile is the lowest. However, in Malaysia and Denmark the numbers are six and nine point five times bigger than Chile accordingly. Canada and Saint Marino are in the middle range with a recorded 200 mobile phones per thousand of people.
The number of personal computers per one thousand of people is quite different from mobile phones. As for Malaysia the number, which is 350 per thousand, is a little lower compared to mobile phones. For Saint Marino and Denmark there are some increments on the number of people using personal computers. Canada, on the other hand, has a quite surprisingly higher number, a 100 percent of use of personal computers.
In conclusion, the lowest use of mobile phones and personal computers is in Chile whilst the highest penetration of mobiles belongs to Denmark and that of personal computers belongs to Canada.

as it can be concluded from the given information in Chile the number of mobile phones and personal computers for every one thousand persons is right the same. For a country like Saint Marino the situation is a bit different, we can see that there are more pcs in comparison with mobile phones. Malasia is another country about which we are given information in this field. it is clear that there is a small difference between the statistics given for each of the mentioned items the number of mobile phones is a bit more than the number of the pcs. the number of the mobile phones is less than the pcs. Malasia and Danmark from the point of view that in both the number of mobile phones is less than the number of the pcs are in accordance. the last part of the given information concerns Canada where we can see the biggest gap between the number of the mobile phones and the pcs,actually we can say that the number of pcs is by far more. coparing the given information tells us that the number of the mobile phones and the pcs in Chile is in the lowest level and in Canada they are in the highest level.
